We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, particularly issues with our upstream server provider, we are no longer able to continue offering hosting services at DE and SG location.
We really recommend you to take backups.
Additionally, we have made the difficult decision to close our business.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering to migrate all accounts in DE server to one of our alternative server locations, either in the US or new Singapore server.
Customers with hosting accounts in Singapore server, will also be migrated to new SG2 server.
However, please note that after migration, renewal options will not be available, and the service will be accessible only until the end of your current billing period.

Several things you need to know:
- Customers with hosting accounts in US server do not need to do anything. But please do not renew your service.
- Customers with hosting accounts in DE server will be migrated to US location. Also please do not renew your service.
- Customers with hosting accounts in SG server will be migrated to new SG2 location. Also please do not renew your service.
- There will be no Username and Password changes. But,..
- You have to change the Nameservers of your domain, or update your IP Address (if you are on Cloudflare or any other 3rd party DNS hosting).
- And you may need to re-issue the free SSL from within Directadmin panel (Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL).

DO NOT RENEW:
As we will slowly close our business in several phases, so please NEVER renew your account at Cloudforspeed.
Just ignore any invoices.
We will keep your hosting account online until the end of its terms.
We will shut down our server completely once the last customer reached his/her end of billing period.
